Bishop Volleyball fought hard, but fell to the Bakersfield Drillers in the opening round of the CIF Central Section Division 4 championship. The Broncos were able to push the game to 5 sets before falling 15-10 in the decisive game.
Bishop says goodbye to 5 seniors. Evie Carter, Sophie Dishion, Taylor Currie, Madi Benninger, and Riley Van Nest played their final games Tuesday night. Bishop finishes the season with a 21-13-1 overall record and 11-3 mark in the High Desert League, finishing as runner-up to Mammoth.
