Yesterday, February 13th, the Bronco girls soccer team played a cold and soggy CIF Central Section divisional playoff game here in Bishop against the Kern Valley Broncs. The rainy night ended in a 4-2 victory for the Broncos sending them to CIF Quarter-final game at Kerman High School, in Kerman, California. Bryan Winzenread, the coach, gave the following statement “Bronco Girls who contributed to score included: Gisell Mora with an assist from Danica Thornburg, Danica Thornburg, Daniela Santana with an assist from Gisell Mora, and Jordan Winzenread on a penalty kick.” The Broncos will play in Kerman Friday, February 15th, and compete to move on to the semi finals, destination to be determined.
