The Lady Broncos failed to deliver a win in what was possibly their most anticipated game of the entire season. Kern Valley came into town on Friday and handed the Broncos their ninth loss on the season. The Broncos were able to keep the game within reach in the first and second quarters, with scores of 15-11 and 29-24 but were unable to put up any points in the third quarter, letting the Broncs jump out to a 45-24. The girls eventually fell by a final score of 62-31.

The Bronc’s offense was led by the 5’7 Junior Hannah Hurley, who had 36 points on the day with four 3 pointers. The only other girl for KV who came close to Hannah’s point totals was her Sophomore sister Maddie Hurley, who had 10 points with two 3 pointers in the game.

The Lady Broncos look to get back into the win column today as they hit the road to take on the Rosamond Roadrunners, so wish them luck!
