Broncos and Broncs are no doubt rivals and have played many competitive games but the Broncos appear to have the advantage this Friday. The Broncos have a solid record of 9-3, while the Broncs continue to struggle with an 0-10 record. The Broncos are coming off a strong tournament performance only losing 1 of the 4 games to Antelope Valley. The Kern Valley Broncs had a tough game against Wonderful College Prep Academy extending their losing streak to 10 games.
The Broncos look to have a strong performance from Senior point guard Tommy Ruelas who leads the team in points with 14.5 points per game. Senior Hunter Waasdorp looks to have another big game on the glass. Hunter leads the team in rebounds per game with 7.5.
Kern Valley’s long time head coach has returned to lead the team to a league championship.
