School Spirit

Bishop Union High doesn’t have a lot of school spirit at all, and we need it especially for sports. I think it’s worth participating in. I mean who wouldn’t want to participate in wearing all white for home games or painting their faces or whatever you want to do that involves school spirit, just go wild. Show other schools and people that our school is lit and we know how to represent our school, let them know who we are.

Let’s say school spirit didn’t matter and we didn’t have a cheer team or pep rallies before games or no halftime shows or anything then our school would be boring and our sports wouldn’t be that hype. We need more people participating in our school spirit and having more pep rallies. Selling all white shirts before games for 5$ maybe, volunteers to do face painting, anything that will bump up our school spirit and have lit games.

School spirit is about being proud of your school and representing it. It shows other schools and people that, as a school, we unite as one. School spirit definitely means something and can have an impact on high school or any school experience.

Bishop Union High should want to stand all over the schools with our school spirit but right now we aren’t even close. We need better spirit days that people could actually participate in and just getting involved in everything. Make high school and unforgettable experience. School spirit has a big affect and people don’t realize it, it helps us become united. Unity makes us stronger as a school and school spirit helps that, spirit makes things more interesting and fun.

So I say go for making our school more interesting and fun instead of boring and no school spirit.
