TODAY’s ANNOUNCEMENTS:
COLLEGE‐BOUND JUNIORS: The last ACT in our area is April 8th at MAMMOTH HIGH, the deadline to register is
TODAY, March 3rd.  www.actstudent.org  There are no other ACTs offered at BUHS this year.   
FORGOT YOUR LUNCH MONEY?   Books?  Chromebook?  Backpack?  Lunch?  Homework?  Dental Floss? Bible?  
Journal?  Band Instruments?   Water Bottle?  ETC!   We are happy to accept these items for you in the main office
but we WILL NOT send a note to remind you that mom dropped something off for you.  If you are expecting
something, stop by between class, during break or lunch for the item.   
THE DONALD SLAGER SUNSET FOUNDATION is DUE TODAY:  You must complete the PDF version of the
application, print and mail. Postmark DEADLINE:  TODAY.   
SENIORS!  Don’t wait until the last minute to request a transcript!  There is a 24 hour turn‐around on your
requests.  Transcripts may be delayed if you have a student bill so take care of your student bills too!
NO SCHOOL ON MONDAY!   Teachers are participating in training/workshops!  Enjoy your day off ‐ use it wisely!
REPEAT ANNOUNCEMENTS:
SENIORS:  Your FINAL payment date for your SENIOR TRIP has been extended to Tuesday, March 7.
VARSITY MATHLETES PRACTICE at lunch Tuesday 3/7 in Buchholz room.  This is our last practice of the season so
come to practice hungry and ready to prepare!
CSF ALL MEMBERSHIP MEETING:  Wednesday, March 8th during lunchtime in the Tech Center.   Community
Service projects, Elks Club Guest speaker and spring fundraising are on the agenda.  This is a mandatory meeting
and all members are expected to attend.
SPIRIT SQUAD SEASON FINALE:  Plan to attend this special event on Friday, March 10th at 6:30 PM in the West
Gym.  Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for students!
COMMUNITY SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES!  20 hours of service is a graduation requirement.
 SIERRA ROLLER HOCKEY LEAGUE SNACK SHACK:  Contact Mrs. Kane in the guidance office to sign up!
 TRI‐COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS NEEDS YOU!  Contact 760‐873‐3588 to join the volunteer list for various
upcoming events.  Table set up/take down, event prep, ticket sales, answering phones, etc.
