This year at BUHS Audrey Cokeley is a class of 2024 Senior. Who I got the chance to interview. 

During the last 4 years, Aurdrey was been involved in track, cross country, mathletes, and Interact clubs. In 2022 Audrey earned the award for “Most Inspirator Athlete” in track and field. Audrey also said her high school experience has “been pretty good and it’s gone by fast” but she also has plenty of great memories with friends and appreciates all the teachers who have put effort towards her education. This school year Audrey is looking forward to graduating in June and competing in sports competitions. 

In Audrey’s free time, she likes to travel. This past summer Audrey traveled to Europe with her Mom and Grandma. She traveled to Switzerland, France, Italy and Austria. Audrey said her favorite part of the trip was “visiting her family’s old estate, which had 20 rooms” and visiting a historical “Nazi headquarters”. 

Audrey’s goal after high school is to attend a 4-year university and possibly earn a bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Audrey is currently thinking about attending UCSB, UCSD, and Cal State Long Beach, and also plans to earn her Australian citizenship. 

Audrey is excited for the next step in her life and is thankful for all of her opportunities.
