Bishop Lady Broncos Plowed Over Mammoth

On Tuesday, January 24th, the Bishop Lady Broncos Played against the Mammoth Huskies for the second time this season. The final score of the game was 5-0 against Mammoth winning the game for the Broncos again for the second time this season. In the first half of the game Brooklyn Braaten started the team off when she put the ball back of the net from a pass from Ellie Crall. The second goal was made from Captain JuliAnna Jackson when she received a pass from Ellie Crall. The third goal came from Elizabeth Ellsworth putting the ball in the back of the net from a pass from JuliAnna Jackson. The fourth goal was scored by Elizabeth Bukolt from a pass from JuliAnna Jackson. The first half of the game ended the score 4-0 leaving the Huskies behind.The second half of the game started with JuliAnna Jackson scoringĀ  a goal in a corner kick which ended the game with a final score of 5-0 in favor of the Lady Broncos. The Bishop defense held a strong limiting for the Huskies to only one shot on the goal. Riley Van Nest made an incredible time to prevent Mammoth from scoring a goal.

In date of the league play the Bishop Lady Broncos has only allowed one goal scored by Mammoth in their first meeting. The Bishop attack has scored 66 goals in their nine league games while every player has scored one goal this season.

The Bishop Lady Broncos will like to thank the Mammoth Lady Huskies for their great rivalry and their excellent sportsmanship presented during the game. “He is proud of his team and how hard they play” said Coach Dailey. Also the Bishop Lady Broncos played their strongest game of the season against a very well coached team. The Bishop Lady Broncos are going to travel to Rosamond on Thursday January, 26 for their next game for the second time this season.
