Bishop Broncos Trampled the Broncs

On Tuesday January 17 the Lady Broncos hosted their game against Kern Valley. The temperature was very cold at 33F at the beginning of the game but that did not stop the Broncos from going all out.

The Final score of the game was 10-0 with the Broncos scoring a goal in the first 5 minutes of the game and ending the first half of the game 7-0. In the second half of the game the Lady Broncos scored an additional 3 goals limiting Kern Valley. The Broncos defense limited Kern Valley to only one shot on the goal for the entire game. Senior and Captain JuliAnna Jackson and Ellie Crall each scored three goals, Junior Brooklyn Braeten scored two goals, while Elizabeth Ellsworth and Jessica Santana each scored 1 goal. Sophomore Ellie Crall lead the charge with 2 assists, while Alyssa Buchholz, Brooklyn Braeten, and Elizabeth Ellsworth each had one assist.

Coach Dailey is an awesome Coach that is always trying to make his team have good teamwork from saying “The Lady Broncos are coming together and playing as a team” said Coach Dailey. He also would like to say that “every player on the team has scored a goal said Coach Dailey and he stated he could not be more proud of how the team has developed.

In the end the Lady Broncos would like to thank Kern Valley Broncs for their excellant sportsmanship and friendly play. The next game will be on Thursday January 19 against Frazier Mountain which will be an away game and another game on Saturday 21 against Cal City and will travel to them.
