The Bronco Baseball team rolled to victory Thursday over rival Kern Valley finishing off an undefeated High Desert League season.  Jake Frigerio drove in five runs, Cain Omohundro blasted a first-inning home run, and starting pitcher Acie Valdivia struck out seven broncs in four innings.

Bishop put the game out of reach with an 8-run second inning with runs driven in by Frigerio, Valdivia, Caleb Gillem, and Riley Eropkin. In the afternoon, the Bronco offense pounded out 17 hits with Eropkin, Gillem, Albert Cano, Reese Dondero, Valdivia, and Omohundro having multi-hit days.  Coach Linda Frigerio indicates that both Gillem and Eripkin had 3 hits in the victory.

Next up for the Broncos is a trip to the CIF Central Section playoffs. The bracket will be available this weekend.
