The Broncos stay perfect in High Desert League play stealing 9 bases in an 11-1 victory over Boron.  Bronco Baseball honored seniors Jake Figerio, Acie Valdeivia, Kennedy Batchelder, and Hector Martinez after their strong victory over the Bobcats. Leading 4-1 heading into the bottom of the 4th inning the Broncos exploded for 6 runs putting the game away.  

Senior Jake Frigerio did the pitching for the Broncos allowing just one run on one hit in five innings of work.  Frigerio struck out 7 bobcats.  

The Bishop Broncos had nine hits in the game. Acie Valdivia and Caleb Gillem had multiple hits for Bishop Broncos. Gillem and Valdivia each collected two hits to lead Bishop Broncos. Riley Eropkin led Bishop Broncos with two stolen bases.  

Next up for the Broncos is the final regular-season game at rival Kern Valley.  The game will be played on Thursday, May 12th at Kern Valley.
