 Caleb Gillem went 2-for-3 at the plate as the Broncos stay unbeaten in High Desert League play with a 9-6 win at Rosamond Thursday. Gillem drove in runs on a sacrifice fly in the sixth and a grand slam in the seventh. Gillem’s slam in the seventh came after Rosamond intentionally walked Cain Omohundro. The game was tied at four with Bishop Broncos batting when Bodie Garcia singled on a 1-2 count, allowing pinch runner Noah Cathey to score a run.

Jake Frigerio Pitched for Bishop Broncos lasting four innings, allowing two hits and zero runs while striking out eight. 

Bishop Broncos tallied 11 hits on the day. Acie Valdivia and Gillem all collected multiple hits for Bishop Broncos. Gillem and Valdivia all had two hits to lead Bishop Broncos. Bishop Broncos didn’t commit a single error in the field. 

Bishop Broncos’ next game will be  a home game on May 3rd at 3:15
