COVID Affecting Preparation for the 2022 Bronco Baseball Season

As quickly as practice sessions started, a rise in Covid cases has put things on hold.  Athletes preparing for the upcoming baseball season received word today that practice has been halted.

Preparations for the start of the new 2022 season have started but on January 6th the non-mandatory practice has been canceled for the rest of the week and possibly the first mandatory practice, January 10, 2022.   Baseball practice for the Bishop Broncos junior varsity and varsity began on this past Monday.  Those sessions were described as mandatory unless an athlete is involved in a winter sport.  Sessions on the baseball field run from 3:45 until dark (around 4:45-5:00).

January 19, will be the first parent/player meeting, which will be held in the BSC at 6 pm.

Physical packets need to be on file in the main office to be able to practice. For any questions about baseball please contact Mrs.Frigerio by email at: [email protected]
