This week on Wednesday November 18,  there was a Native American Student Association (NASA) meeting held in the BSC, inside the Carl Lind Boardroom during lunch. In this meeting, organized and led by Cyndie Summers, Native American Liaison here at Bishop Union High School, the club enjoyed sandwich meals from the local Bakery in town, and played musical chairs during their meeting.

The goal of this club is to acknowledge the culture and bring awareness of Indigenous peoples on campus. The Native American Student Association is here to promote, advance, and support Native American Student academic success. NASA will usually bring in a guest speaker to talk but days like these are fun and relaxing to have for the students.

There really are no requirements that make you eligible to join NASA, the club is welcome to anyone who is interested.
