Bio: Mario Velasco was born in Hidalgo, Mexico. When he was in 7th grade he started playing football, when he just started to walk he started playing soccer, and in 3rd grade he started playing baseball. He chose the sports because “They were the main sports around here and it just felt right” stated Mario. He is best at speed for soccer as well as football and hitting for baseball. He gets inspired most when he sees his family cheering him on.
