JV Football Crushes the Chieftans
October 11, 2019
The Bishop Broncos JV football team traveled on a long bus ride last Friday night to Tollhouse. The boys took away a 70-0 win against the Chieftains. “Sierra was the longest we have ever traveled for a football game. As a coach I was really worried about our athletes lag with such a long bus trip, but that didn’t happen leading 63 to 0 at the half. Our 1st strings on offense, Defense and special teams ability to be very dominant, allowed another opportunity for our 2nd and 3rd string players a chance to play and develop. This is the 4th game Defense has had a shutout, and our team has scored 220 pts total in 4 games.” – Coach Miers
