The Trump administration is hellbent on fast-forwarding their heinous, racist, hate-fueled, xenophobic policies and they aren’t afraid to show it. The Department of Justice is pressuring the Supreme Court to hear arguments on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

Donald Trump and Senate Republicans wasted no time stacking the lower courts and the Supreme Court with right-wing extremists, knowing that cases just like this would likely land in front of them.

But just this month, there was a win. Lower courts said that Trump’s undermining of DACA was arbitrary. It’s a good sign, but it’s not enough, especially knowing that more than half the Supreme Court is soundly in the pocket of this administration.
