Joanna Hernandez is a senior at BUHS, Joanna is excited to graduate this year because she’s finally going to go off to college and getting to be on her own. She’s planning on attending UCR and majoring in political science. She’s interested in becoming an immigration lawyer, the reason why she’s interested in this career because she wants to protect immigrant rights. Joanna chose this career path because she finds it disgusting that in a country that was built by immigrants, immigrants are being mistreated, they are looked down upon and she thinks that’s not fair because they are part of what makes America great country. Joanna loves to travel she’s planning on traveling this summer to Mexico and a few other countries in South America.
