Callie Jepson Senior Profile

Matthew Rosga, Sports Editor

Callie Jepson is one the most remarkable, kind, smart, and funny members of the class of 2019. As she gets ready to leave for college she says she plans to move away but will miss the scenery as “there are not many places that have mountains quite like ours”. She says she can’t wait for graduation and the exciting prospect of meeting “new people from new places”, although she is still picking a college, as well as trying to figure out a career she wants to pursue. She says that her biggest fear for after graduating is picking a college that she might end up hating after having been there for a while.

Callie says that she doesn’t really care how BUHS remembers her, because “the truth of the matter is, we won’t be seeing most of these people again”. She says that she feels prepared for college in some ways, but not others, and she says that she will hopefully be graduated from college in 10 years, “but I guess we’ll find out in 10 years.” Those that know Callie best have a much more optimistic outlook on her future than she does, as they know that she is one-of-a-kind and she’ll succeed in whatever she decides to do.
