Yearbooks Throughout the Years

Yearbooks, a book filled with the pictures and memories from the past years at BUHS. A place to look back and see all of the smiling portraits, events, and memorable moments of high school. The nostalgia of looking back and remembering those whom we have forgotten. Although yearbooks have changed over the years. From one of the oldest yearbook on campus, being the 1945 El Pinon yearbook from the 2017 El Pinon yearbook, things have gone from sharing that years sports scores to who has the best eyes.

Going through the yearbooks some traditions that have stuck through the years were the telling of the sports, and honoring scholars and different clubs, as well as the classic signature in the yearbooks. Although there are different things that have changed such as the quality of the books, all pages being in color, as well as Senior Quotes. Some traditions were lost throughout the years. One tradition that we could bring back is not only our sweet notes in the front and the back of the book, but also sign our names right next to our portrait in our class section.

If you have not yet ordered your yearbook yet go talk to Mrs.Kress. They are $70 until March 23 after that yearbooks are $75. You can also purchase a yearbook the day they are distributed, or all out, for $80 (cash only). Get yourself a book filled with your High School memories!
