This is our third volume in our series of BUHS Traditions. For this article, we looked through the yearbooks from 1985 and 2001 to find out what traditions existed and don’t exist anymore. There were so many traditions that don’t exist from 1985 and 2001.

In 1985 there was a lack of school spirit so a group of students decided to create a “club” called the Bishop Bronco Losers (BBL) and it was said to be the driving force behind the games and rallies. Now we know for a fact that this does not exist anymore. Also in 1985, there was a Computer Club which no longer is available at BUHS.

In 2001 there was a page that was dedicated to BUHS Favorites which was a survey that was held and it had told all of the different things that students enjoyed such as, their favorite TV show, video game, season, academic subject, college, and place to each lunch. They also had Questions Even Teachers Can’t Answer and there were questions like, If flying is so safe why do they call the airport a terminal? Another thing that we found was a Parent Association that doesn’t exist or it doesn’t make it into the yearbook anymore. The last thing that we found is the Bronco Booster Club that still exists today.
