Home Opener

The Bronco Football team is off to a fast start this season with a 1-0 record. The Broncos plan to make it 2 in a row this Friday, as the Boron Bobcats travel into town for the Broncos home opener.

The Broncos, coming off a big win against the Yerington Lions, they focus to take town  the High Powered Boron Bobcats for their home opener.  The Bobcats are coming off two straight loses to Kern Valley and also losing to Christian.

I spoke with the Broncos Defensive Coordinator Coach Beall, he is really excited to call and watch this game. As he said Boron plays a lot of the same teams as the Broncos do and being successful against them will help set the tone for the season. The Broncos plan to keep the Boron QB Senior Anthony Davis in check and keep him from setting his feet and making good throws. The Broncos Secondary plans to take away big play potential and play to the best of their ability. Coach Beall looks to see the Broncos defense as a whole to keep the Boron offence off the board.
