The Calico Quilters of Bishop host their annual Quilt Show over Memorial Day weekend, May 23-25, at the Laws Railroad Museum and Historical Site. The event showcases traditional, modern, and fiber arts quilts, with a quilt raffle drawing on Sunday at 1 pm and craft activities for kids.
The Calico Quilt Guild is committed to giving back, having donated over 500 quilts to Quilts of Valor and providing scholarships to Bishop Union High School. Visitors can experience pioneer life in the Eastern Sierra, exploring the museum, wagons, mining display, and more.
