Freshmen Francesco Toscanini and Travis Cano both posted scores of 96. Freshman Zane Nicholson posted a score of 98 and Garin Pritchard scored 100.
Coach Carrington had a few words to say about the match, “All in all I was pleased with the outcome and scores, golf is hard enough, but add the weather and course conditions we faced, and I was happy the team didn’t just give up. As some of our counterparts did just that. All of them stayed upbeat and actually had a little fun despite the issues. It’s nice to see them interacting with the other players and finding time to just relax while playing and making friends.”
The Broncos will be back at it next week, traveling again to Cal City. This will mark 3 weeks in a row we will have to play this course.
