The Bronco JV softball team kicked off their season with a tough loss against Yerington JV at home, with a final score of 18-2. Despite the disappointment , the team showed promising individual performances. Larissa Ariaz took the mound, pitching 5 innings and racking up 3 strikeouts. At the plate, Sophia Stanley led the charge with a single and a double, while Azul Aranzubia and Aubree Frechette each added a single. Sophia and Aubree each scored a run, giving the team a glimmer of hope for future games.
