One of the most unforgettable students in the class of 2025, Denzel Gomez, I got the chance to interview Denzel and ask a few questions since we’re probably all wondering what his plans are for after graduation. He told me “Well see…I was gonna do track this year and prob have a scholarship but I’m not gonna do track cuz I’m going to distance learning but I’m still gonna try and go to college, either Durango, Bakersfield, or Mt. SAC”. Which sounds pretty cool, I also asked him what his favorite memory of high school was and he told me “Doing track…it’s always been fun”. It sounds like Denzel has a good plan for after high school. We wish him well and hope he gets into one of his picked colleges.
