The Bishop Broncos came away with the win against the Mammoth Huskies with a score of 9-7. Scoring 2 in the top of the 7th brought the team to clinch the HDL champions.

Bodie Garcia went 1-3 at bat with 1RBI and 1 run.
Richie Talavera went 1-3 at bat with 2 runs, 1 stolen base, and 2 walks.
Will Kemp went 1-4 at bat with 1 run and a stolen base.
Noah Cathey went 0-1 at bat with 1 walk and 1 run.

Noah Cathey started the game on the 26th of April. Pitching 3 innings and allowing 3 runs on 4 hits with 5 strikeouts and walking 2 batters.
With the game getting paused due to bad weather, on May 8th the two teams resumed the game having back to back to back games this week. Bishop had to stick to pitch counts to keep certain pitchers available for Boron on Thursday, May 9.
Richie Talavera threw 24 pitches and fought to find a rhythm allowing 4 runs on 3 walks and 1 hit.
Jamisen Wolfe came in to pitch almost 2 and a half innings and he had 2 strikeouts, only allowing 2 hits and no runs on 29pitches.
Will Kemp came in to relieve Jamisen going 1 inning with no hits and 1 strikeout on 10 pitches.
Bishop is set to play Boron on May 9th at their home field in bishop as their league season will come to an end. The two teams will be playing at 3:15 at the Tatum Baseball Field.
