If you’re interested in playing football next year or are currently playing, then offseason weight training starts on Monday, December 11. It is recommended that you come and start training as soon as possible. The schedule is on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays directly after school. It is required that you have an up-to-date physical on file to participate. If you have any questions, ask Coach Arnie Palu in person or through email at [email protected].
