C.J. Carrington is 17 years old and currently going to Bishop Union High School. He currently has a GPA of 3.8 and his favorite class is Media with Palu since he can make the stampede with other students. Before C.J. started at BUHS he went to school at Big Pine but said “there are a few students only here” which led him to transfer to Bishop High School. C.J. loves to play golf and has been playing golf for the school 1 year and he first started to play golf when he was 12 years old. He loves to use all the golf clubs but the one he truly likes to use when is golfing is the “4-hybrid” said C.J.
After high school C.J. plans to go to Cerro Coso for 2 years so he can get an AA for civil engineering degree. After his two years he plans to go to UNR so he can finish off his studies. When C.J. goes to college he is going to try out for the golf team since he doesn’t want to stop playing golf but if “I don’t make the team I will just play for fun” said C.J. since he just wants to play whenever he can.
What advice would you give to incoming freshmen?
“Make the most out of the time you have her because it is all over too quickly” said C.J. since he wanted to be Senior but the time went by too fast so he did not have the time to do all the things he wanted in life.
What was your favorite part of your 4 years in high school?
C.J. favorite part about his 4 years at BUHS was making all the new friends at the school since he was at Big Pine before he went to high school at BUHS.
