Bishop Softball Outplays the Roadrunners

   The Broncos Girls Varsity Team defeated the Roadrunners 5-4 twice this season, the most recent win came on Friday at the Bishop City Park.

 

Coach Lisa Manulito passed along the following statistics.  

Offensively: Player Baileigh Momberg pitched the entire game giving up 4 earned runs on 6 hits, 4 walks, 1 hit batter.  Striking out 14 players. 

Offensively: 

Sienna fuller was 1/4 with 1 rbi
Liv Ellis went 1/4

Kris Sorenson  was 1/3 with 1 run scored

Baileigh Momberg with 1/3 and 1 stolen base along with 1 run scored 

Jayda Jackson was 2/3 (with a double) 2 RBI’s and 1 run scored.

Shea Ludwick had 1 rbi along with 1 stolen base and 1 run scored.

Riley Vannest went 1/2 with 1 walk,

Katya Fierro went 1/3 with a stolen base and 1 run scored

The Girls Varsity next game will be on Tuesday, May 2 against the Desert Scorpions for the second time in league. The Broncos are looking to go 2 and 0 against the Scorpions.
