Bishop Broncos traveled to Muroc Lake Golf Course this week for their High Desert League meet. The teams in the HDL with golf squads are Desert and Cal City. Bishop took home the team title led by Adam Kalk, shooting an 86. Desert’s super sophomore Chris Riddle continues to take home the individual title firing a 77. He’s been on fire this season.

The Broncos line up consisted of Junior Adam Kalk, Senior Reyna Naranjo, Senior Stephan Poole, Junior Kobe Carpenter, Junior Corde Peeke, and Junior Parker Pope. Corde Peeke finished at a near-second with Kalk hitting an 86. Poole and Carpenter came close to Kalk, both with an 88. Naranjo and Pope both shot high 90s. The Broncos’ next meet is Wednesday the 26th at Bishop’s own golf course.
