Bishop Broncos Crushed The Scorpions

On Tuesday, January 31, the Bishop Lady Broncos played against the Desert Scorpions for the 2nd time this season. The Lady Broncos had a slow start until JuliAnna Jackson scored the first goal in the match from a pass from Ellie Crall. Sophmore Ellie Crall and Alyssa Buchholz each scored 1 goal from an assist Sydney Norcross. The first half of the game ended with 3-0 in favor of the Lady Broncos. In the second half Ellie Crall scored two goals from an assist from JuliAnna Jakson and Elizabeth Ellsworth.

The game ended with a final score of 5-0 winning another game for the Lady Broncos. This win against Desert brings the Broncos 11 wins and 0 loss record in league play with 75 goals scored and only 2 goals allowed. The Lady Broncos defense limited the Desert Scorpions shot on the goal. Goalies Annabell Mojica and Riley Van Nest prevented the shots on goal from crossing the line.

This Thursday, February 2, the Lady Broncos will play against Cal City Ravens for the 2nd time this season with the Senior Night Game to celebrate all the seniors on the team.
