Bishop Broncos Bounce the Bobcats

Reese Dondero led his team to a win scoring 4 runs with a final score of 14-4 against the Boron Bobcats. The Broncos opened the first inning by scoring five runs including a Albert Cano double and Caleb Gillem homerun. Jake Frigerio was the starting pitcher allowing one run, having two hits over three innings striking out four.

Bishop Broncos’ offense pounded 15 hits on the day including Caleb Gillem’s first-inning home run.

Bishop Broncos stole five bases during the game as two players stole more than one.  Jake Frigerio led the way with two.

Riley Eropkin, Jake Frigerio, and Kennedy Batchelder each scored one run. Albert Cano and Caleb Gillem each scored 2 runs. Cain Omohundro scored 3 runs.
