On November 10th the Cross country team traveled to Boron to race in the High Desert League Championships. The team raced on a very steep 5k course without their team captain Diego Honda who got injured the day before. The team had to stay focused and run harder to make sure they secured the win. The team had some really good runs with Kyle Schaniel finishing in second place with a time of 22:44, Alexander Adkins coming in third with 23:27 and Ezra Spoonhunter finished with a time of  23:42. Ashley Fitt has been crowned the High Desert League Champion after a successful season of running and a time of 25:14. The team will travel to Woodward Park in Fresno on Thursday, November 18th to compete in the Central Section Divisional Championships.
