Luke McClean a freshman at Bishop Union High School has been on fire on the field and on the books. “How long have you been playing football, and when did you first start to play?” *I’ve been playing football for 2 years now, and i started to play when i was in the 8th grade.* He personally loves the sport for the amount of physical skills it takes, and the team aspect of it. Luke looks up to his mother, who is his role model because she has helped him be successful. “She taught me my qualities, and always believed in me,” said Luke. Luke’s personal motto is ” Start by doing whats necessary then do whats possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.”
