Broncos Stomp Out the Scorpions in 3rd Straight Win

The Desert Scorpions traveled here to Bishop on Thursday looking to improve their subpar record, but the Broncos had other plans. The Bishop boys got off to a hot start at the beginning of the game, plating 12 runs in the bottom of the first, juxtaposed that to the sole run the Scorpions were able to bring across in the top half of the first. The Broncos didn’t let off the gas, scoring 7 more runs and only giving up 2 more for the Scorpions in the next 4 innings, good enough for a final score of 19-3.

The Broncos have a week off and don’t play again till April 18th when they take on Mineral County here at Tatum Family Field.
