On October 21, 2017, The Eastern Sierra Cancer Alliance will be hosting a 5k Walk/Run. This will be a fun and all inclusive event, whether you are going for a loved one or just want to show your support. Registration begins at 7:30 am. The fee prior to the race is $30, and on race day it is $35. All walkers/runners will receive a T-shirt and a free breakfast sponsored by Von’s. There will also be vendors and booths that will be promoting a healthy lifestyle, and a raffle for which tickets are $1 each.

The proceeds from this event will be helping local residents who have cancer.

The race begins at the gazebo in the park, and then it will proceed to the canal. Come out and join the celebration for those who have survived this debilitating disease!
